  • At this time, JTB Healthcare ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and not to international locations. Nor does JTB Healthcare ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. Our shipper cannot deliver to PO Boxes. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

  • Return Policy

  • Your happiness is important to us, yet due to the rehabilitation and hygienic nature of our products, our products must be non-returnable. We can only offer an exchange for like item in the event of damage during initial shipment.

    In the event of damage during intial shipment, please contact info@jtbcare.com to request an exchange. Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receipt of item. Your credit card will be charged for the replacement item, then a refund will be given once the damaged item has been returned. 

    In the event that you order the incorrect size, quantity or product and need to return said item, there will be a 25% restocking fee on any order returned due customer error. There will be no charge for returns in the event of error by JTB Healthcare.
